- Gurgaon. In addition, we are member of Governing body – District Task Force – Child and Adolescent Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) under Chairmanship of Police Commissioner Gurugram

Legal aid to poor as well as to provide free advocate for BPL and needy one

Objective

General People always get confused about to whom they should approach and where to put their applications. Even they do not know, to whom they should complain in case of any grievances or any legal matter. Here MSWS helps these people to get their solutions to the problems they are facing.

We offer free legal aid to the following categories of people:

• The poor – Below Poverty Line
• Scheduled Castes/Tribes
• A victim of trafficking or beggar
• Physically and mentally challenged
• Woman or child
• Unable to engage a lawyer
