Legal awareness and aid

DLSA : We are part of District Legal Service Authority under CJM (Chief Judicial Magistrate - Gurgaon. Also we are member of Governing body – District Task Force – Child and Adolescent Labor (Prohibition and Regulation )under Chairmanship of Police Commissioner Gurugram

• Aim - legal aid to poor as well as to provide free advocate for BPL and needy one
• Objective - people even don’t know where to go where to apply or where to complain, in most of the cases they don’t know where the department is situated and to whom they should meet or write

We offer free legal aid to the following categories of people:

• The poor – Below Poverty Line
• Scheduled Castes/Tribes
• A victim of trafficking or beggar
• Physically and mentally challenged
• Woman or child
• Unable to engage a lawyer
