Maxvision Social welfare Society was established in 2004 under the headship of our National Secretary Dr. Brijesh and President Mr.Yogesh. with whose inspiration and vast knowledge we have been able to provide exemplary services with sincerity and full allegiance. The NGO’s position in the market and reputation among customers is a result of our commitment and team work.


  Our NGO Services 

Our mission is to provide wellbeing to the children and old aged people by providing them with proper facilities in terms of Education, Medical Checkups, Food, Shelter, and so on. Our NGO service is envisioned towards awaking people and spreading awareness regarding the harsh activities prevailing in the society.

NCLP Special School: Financial aid to 300 child labor children was provided (Going On) . Last year we have stream lined 279 Child Labours out of 300 into Government Schools.
Allocation : Rs. 14.00 Lacs.

Awareness about Swine Flu: Out of 5 lac population in Gurgaon, 40% have been educated through Maxvision Social Welfare Society via rally, road show and door to door awareness programmes all have been covered by Media and appreciated by Delhi Government and Haryana Government Administration.
Child Marriage Awareness It leaves deep scars on the child, physically, psychology and emotionally. Sexual activity starts soon after marriage and pregnancy as well as childbirth at an early age leads to severe health problems, high maternal mortality rate, complications during childbirth, high infant mortality rate and. Moreover, women who marry younger are more likely to be beaten, threatened and sexually abused. For this reason we have conducted a study.
The major objectives of the study were to assess the prevalence and incidence of child marriages, especially related to the girl child. Analyze the various socioeconomic and cultural factors leading to child marriage in the study states as well to analysis the existing constitutional and legal measures against child marriage and implementation.

Source Rate: The Society had organized many child marriage awareness programmes in many regions and numbers of family are benefited with the awareness programmes and got appreciation from state and central Government for the same.

  Characteristics of the Organization 
We have all the Basic infrastructure to achieve the goals and objectives of the project such as computer with all the Peripherals, Broad band internet connection, telephone, Ambulance services etc.
We have highly qualified, experienced and professional Personnel, like Doctor, MBA Personnel , P.G in Labour and Social Welfare , Law graduates etc. who dedicate themselves towards the objectives of the organization and project.
We have our separate Recruitment policy, recruitment of staffs done by a interview board, which consisted the scholars of the related project theme.
We insured the staff against any Calamity or disaster, to support their family in the hard time.
Governing board of our organization has representation of all the community.
The meeting of our governing body held once in a month and review all the progress related to the entire project.
Our organization believes in transparency at every level of work, we have financial display board ,on which we write down in bold letters that organization have received such and such amount in the following head.
We maintained all the accounts book on the computer and its absolutely up-to-date.
We have the strong network with the local administration and other N.G.O and government or semi-government organization.
We have the create the staff Emergency Welfare fund to provide support in their hard times.
We have a Personnel department who looks in all the matter related to staffs such as recruitment, Welfare of staffs and other Personnel related issue.
Our organization started it works from grass-root level and then gradually going up to address other groups who will be the beneficiary in the project or stakeholders.
We recruit, Project staffs who are coming from same socio-economic conditions, in which our target groups belongs ,and our project staffs are very well aware of local conditions and area.

Director of Vashistha Manpower, over 15 years experience in Self-employment and Job Placements more than 23000 unemployed youth got employment through Vashistha Manpower.  Having Multinational, Multicultural and Multifunctional experience over 20 years.
